Outstanding massage therapist, the best I’ve ever had! A friend recommended that I go to Quan Spa for a professional massage. I was visiting from out of town when my back pain and shoulder injury flared up! So I made an appointment with hopes that I get relief. Well, I walked into the spa in great pain I couldn’t lift my arm and my back was killing me! I was greeted by a lovely lady who brought me to the therapy room. The place is immaculate and smells so fresh with relaxing music. The minute she put her hand on my shoulder I knew I would be healed! Some people are gifted with healing hands, she proceeded to work my shoulders gliding down to my lower back with firm pressure, hitting all those pressure points as she went. Then the hot stones and hot towels were the finishing touches. I also could not believe the reasonable price $80.00 but I gave her what I usually pay in Chicago. $200. I have an appointment with her the day before I return home and I wish I could take her with! ☮️🙏😎

Had a terrible experience here with Amy being the one that massaged me. At first it seemed it would be okay during the first 5 minutes with her walking on my back, but then the next 5 minutes she was barely putting any effort in and just lightly touching me basically. I only paid for 30 minutes so I know it won’t be super long, but Amy was basically done massaging me at 10 minutes and only 5 minutes of that involved any effort. I asked to finish the 30 minute massage, but then she continues to barely massage me which made the entire session unenjoyable. In addition to the bad experience, she demanded a tip after. I said this was a terrible massage. Either you give me a partial refund or I’ll write bad reviews on you. Her and the other lady working there didn’t like that and basically called their manager on the phone all upset at me. They were disrespectful towards me once they found out I wasn’t happy and was asking for a partial refund. I made the mistake of not reading these reviews before I walked in. So I highly recommend against giving this place any business.
